James Waswa

James is an Asset Manager at Sterling REIT Asset Management. He has extensive experience in valuation, agency, feasibility studies, and real estate research. He is charged with optimizing real estate performance, asset strategy implementation, and due diligence of existing & prospective assets.

Prior to joining Sterling, he worked as a property consultant and researcher for local and regional firms, valuing assets across various sub-markets and conducting research on residential housing and the commercial property market.

James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and M.A. (Valuation & Prop. Management) from the University of Nairobi and post-graduate diploma from the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). He is registered under the Valuers Registration Board of Kenya (VRB) and also the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
