Joan Wambui

Joan is a Property Analyst within the Asset Management division at Sterling REIT Management Limited. She plays a role in tracking and analysing market trends and periodic reports within the REITs market.

Her responsibilities extend beyond analysis to encompass key corporate functions, including preparing reports to the Board on property performance and managing stakeholder relations to ensure transparent communication. Joan joined Sterling Capital in 2021, initially contributing to the Research and Corporate Finance departments through due diligence support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Daystar University and has completed CFA level I.
