Irene is charged with preparing risk, financial, investment, and asset management reports for portfolios, monitoring asset performance and recommending corrective measures, developing strategies to increase ROI and minimize risk factors and losses, reviewing policies and making recommendations for potential adjustments and researching relevant markets and identifying
trends and patterns.

As an Asset Manager, she brings over 8 years of experience in facility and property management, with a robust background in asset management across diverse asset types and locations, making her a valuable asset to the team.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from The Technical University of Kenya and is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) and Registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB).

She is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Tax Administration at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology
