Lynette Katethya

Lynette is an Asset Manager at Sterling REIT Asset Management. She has extensive experience in property management, valuation, agency, site acquisitions and real estate research.

At Sterling REIT, she is charged with formulating and implementing asset management strategies and optimizing real estate asset returns. Prior to joining Sterling REIT Asset Management, she was a Property Manager at Knight Frank Kenya where she was responsible for the management of over 400,000 sq. ft. of commercial buildings in Kenya.

Lynette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from The Technical University of Kenya and a post-graduate Diploma from the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). She is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
