Brian Gathogo

Mr. Gathogo is a property analyst at Sterling Real Estate Advisory working closely with Asset Management. He is responsible for gathering and analyzing real estate market data.

Mr. Gathogo is a seasoned Real Estate professional with adept experience in property valuation and property management. He has carried out valuations of different class of assets including land and buildings, plant and machinery. Prior to joining Sterling, Gathogo has worked with various real estate firms and state departments in Kenya and brings over 4 years of experience to the team.

He holds a Bachelor of Real Estate from Technical University of Kenya and is a Graduate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (GMISK).
